we strongly recommend any works with deadlines be commissioned well in advance and will not work under rushing/crunch conditions.

prices shown here are base prices, and thus are subject to change depending on amount of subjects, complexity, 'off-menu' orders, etc. they are also subject to change at our discretion.
orders placed during a discount period but honored after the discount ends still have lowered prices honored.

we only offer refunds in the case of incomplete work or failures on our end.

we prefer staggered payment (half up front, half before final product is sent).

photo references preferred in the case of art for an established character.

'style imitation' pieces are meant for pre-existing (larger) cartoon media rather than directly copying other independent artists. please commission those artists instead!

while we have a list of things we specialize in, feel free to ask for something you’ve seen us do before if you’re interested, and we’ll probably be willing to do it. this includes particular projects or a variation of our art style from previous works.

while we technically do accept commissions for adult content, we are limiting them to friends and people we know personally who are over the age of consent (18) in the united states where we do business. limited exceptions can be made in the case of people we can reliably verify an age for, but we must emphasize limited. because the listed age on a profile is based on the website-of-choice's honor system and we do not feel comfortable verifying via government-issued IDs or the like, it's easier for us to limit openings for work of this nature to lower our chances of working with people who lie about their age. please do not take it personally if you're a legal adult and we reject your commission. everyone online should be entitled to their privacy, including disclosing their age, but eliminating the risk of providing adult content for minors is our goal with this choice. thank you for your understanding.

we do not and will never have any plans to use our work for any blockchain-related endeavors. If you see NFTs of our works, know they were stolen and/or minted without our knowledge or consent.

do not resell, redistribute or reproduce our work for personal profit.
eventually we would like to allow customers to use our work on merchandise to resell or for advertising paid projects, but we have little experience in that area and are currently only drawing for others personal use. we are still open to discussions on this topic.

while we consider you the owner of the image after completion & allow reposts of fully paid-for finished work, all we ask is you provide easy-to-find credit, or a link to any of our socials.
permission to repost or reuse work only extends to work/s you yourself have paid for, were otherwise created for your use, or made publicly free-to-use. if you aren’t sure, you are welcome to ask.
