WIP
tizzy is kelp's much quieter, easier to tolerate sister. she lives in the lake right by kelp's hut.
the original image is lost, but tizzy was originally made via a dressup doll app whose name escapes me! also i tend to ship her with starla but i'm unsure how canon that is yet. "oh but it's your ocs you can do what you want forever" i hear you say. and to that i answer. i know i just haven't fleshed them out too much
